Yes. Plenty of Subiaco residents live in apartments around Subiaco Square and Hay Street with only an allocated bay or on-street parking. We’re fully self-contained and can work in tight bays and undercover car parks, provided there’s enough room to move around the vehicle. If access is restricted by your building, let us know when booking and we’ll sort the best approach.
Absolutely. Subiaco’s older streets are heavily shaded by mature peppermint and gum trees, which drop sap, seed and bird mess that harden onto paint. We use safe removal methods to lift these deposits without marring the finish, then treat the paint to slow how quickly they build up again. For cars parked under trees long-term, regular exterior detailing makes a real difference.
The Rokeby Road precinct and surrounding streets have tight, time-limited and ticketed parking, so we plan around it. Where possible we detail your car in its usual bay or driveway rather than needing extra space. If your car is on a metered or permit street, just flag it when you book so we can arrange a workable time and spot.
